As a Presale AI Lead , you will drive solutioning, strategy, and client engagement for our Data & AI offerings. This role bridges technology and business , partnering with sales and delivery teams to translate complex AI capabilities into practical, high-value client solutions. What will you do? Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and identify opportunities to apply AI, data, and analytics solutions. Develop tailored solution proposals, architectures, and proof-of-concept designs aligned with client needs and strategic objectives. Lead AI-focused discovery sessions, demos, and workshops with clients and internal teams. Translate technical concepts into clear business value propositions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Presales Strategy & Support Partner with sales and account teams to shape go-to-market strategies for AI and data-driven solutions. Lead the creation of RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and presentations for AI solution bids. Work closely with delivery and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with best practices. Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to enhance positioning. Thought Leadership & Advocacy Represent the organization in client briefings, industry events, and internal innovation sessions as an AI thought leader. Develop use cases, frameworks, and accelerators that showcase the organization’s AI capabilities and methodologies. Mentor internal teams on presales excellence and data/AI solutioning approaches. The ideal candidate should possess: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience in data analytics, AI, or related domains, with at least 3 years in a presales or client‑facing technical role. Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and analytics tools. Proven ability to craft AI solution architectures, business cases, and demos. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both executives and technical audiences. Experience in consulting, technology services, or enterprise solution environments preferred. Strategic thinker with a client‑first mindset. Confident communicator able to simplify complex AI topics.
