Powered by Hepmil's servicing expertise and data analytics, we work with our creators to launch entertaining and exciting content based on the brand's campaign objectives.Learn more about HCN and our creators at expanding our Creator Partnerships team and are looking for a Senior/Creator Partnerships Executive. If you're excited about the creator economy, love spotting rising talent, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.Key responsibilities for this role include: Creator Acquisition & Engagement Support Assist in identifying and reaching out to emerging, culturally relevant creators in Singapore. Support the process of matching creators with campaigns and brands that align with their content and audience. Assist in creator engagement projects such as anniversary gifting, creator community events, and creator workshops. (Senior Level): Independently source and evaluate creators within defined categories, with guidance. Coordinate and help lead engagement activities (e.g. small workshops or gifting initiatives). Campaign & Execution Assistance Coordinate creator negotiations, rate discussions, and contracting processes under the guidance of senior team members. Support in shortlisting creators, reviewing concepts, and vetting content (e.g. social media posts, videos) prior to campaign launches. Liaise with internal teams to support campaign delivery and resolve minor issues. (Senior Level): Manage creator coordination for mid-sized campaigns with minimal supervision. Take the lead on creator deliverable tracking and assist in ensuring content quality aligns with brand expectations. Act as the main day-to-day contact for assigned creators during campaign execution. Performance Tracking & Insights Track and analyze basic campaign performance metrics (e.g. engagement, reach, creator performance). Assist in preparing campaign wrap-ups, reports, and monthly business insights. Help maintain creator data and internal dashboards. (Senior Level): Summarise performance insights for internal review and reporting purposes. Identify performance patterns and suggest improvements to creator partnerships or campaign execution. Support junior team members in reporting processes as needed. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, social media, or talent management. Strong project coordination and communication skills. Comfortable with digital tools like Google Workspace, Monday.com, Slack, and Excel. Proactive, organised, and eager to learn about the creator space. Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms (Xiaohongshu, Lemon8, etc.). Passion for digital content, community building, and empowering creators. Great interpersonal skills - you can build rapport easily and manage multiple stakeholders. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with tight timelines.
