We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager specializing in consolidation to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of consolidated financial statements, managing intercompany transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments and regions. Responsibilities: Prepare and oversee the consolidation of financial statements in compliance with SFRS. Manage and reconcile intercompany balances and transactions, ensuring accurate eliminations. Collaborate with departments to develop and monitor budgets and prepare consolidated forecasts. Provide detailed internal reports on consolidated financial performance, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Work closely with external auditors to facilitate the audit process and address any issues related to consolidated financial statements. Implement efficient and effective consolidation processes and systems. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain governance over financial master data. Possess basic knowledge of business law to review and provide input on simple contracts to ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA or equivalent certification preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial consolidation and reporting, preferably for multiple entities or groups of companies. Strong knowledge of SFRS. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial software, preferably in S4 HANA. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
