Purpose
  • Support the growth of the individual life business through efficient processing and issuance of new applications, ensuring quality and compliance with service turnaround times.
  • Enhance the company's image by delivering excellent customer experiences, providing a competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage new business administration for IFA and D2C channels.
  • Conduct customer due diligence for individual and corporate clients.
  • Ensure timely routing of requirements to relevant stakeholders (underwriting, compliance, IT).
  • Handle department emails and manage workflow.
  • Identify, report, and resolve defects; communicate actively with distribution teams and customers to expedite policy issuance.
  • Perform premium receipting and medical appointment arrangements as needed.
  • Handle contract issuance, policy document preparation, and dispatch.
  • Manage feedback and escalate issues, collaborating with stakeholders for fair resolutions.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
  • Support ad hoc tasks, testing, and projects.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and SOPs.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma or postgraduate qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years in insurance operations, preferably with new business experience.
  • Certifications in M8, M5, M9 are preferred.
Skills & Abilities
  • Positive, customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Multitasking ability and meticulousness.
  • Good understanding of life insurance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and tech-savviness.
