We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Assistant Engineer.

Responsibilities
  • Apply and receive daily PTW for contractors.
  • Supervise ACMV contractors on preventive and reactive maintenance and manage contractor's risk assessment.
  • Receive and apply daily PTW permits and perform supervision for contractors' PM and repair work.
  • Attend to daily complaints and perform frontline troubleshooting for electrical faults, power failures, AV, roller shutter, auto door failure, BMS system, and ACMV equipment.
  • Perform handyman works, routine PM work for building and M&E, and ensure contractors comply with site SOPs and safety standards.
  • Perform inspections for landscape and check building housekeeping and tidiness.
  • Coordinate room setup requests for events, meetings, and training.
  • Perform frontline troubleshooting for AV equipment and replace or change light tubes and accessories as required.
  • Clear chokes inside toilets and replace WC accessories such as flushing sensors and valves.
  • Service all doors and ensure serviceability, including door closers and locksets.
  • Coordinate and supervise ad-hoc repair work.
  • Attend to and follow up on KONE lift breakdowns to ensure normal working conditions.
  • Perform daily preventive maintenance for M&E and buildings, and perform minor defect repair work.
  • Perform fire watch roles.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Facility Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in property, estate, or project management.
