Job Description
- Pest Identification and Analysis:
Identify pest species, analyze their behavior and lifecycle, and document findings to guide pest management strategies. - Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Program Development:
Design and implement environmentally responsible IPM programs tailored to client needs. - On-Site Inspections and Environmental Assessment:
Conduct thorough inspections to assess pest infestations and recommend control measures based on environmental analysis. - Client Consultation and Education:
Provide expert advice to clients on pest issues, educate them on preventive measures, and prepare reports and treatment plans. - Training and Support for Operations Team:
Conduct training sessions for the Operations team on pest identification and control, ensuring high service standards. - Quality Control and Issue Resolution:
Collaborate with the Quality Control team to monitor service quality and resolve service complaints. - Data Collection and Reporting:
Collect and analyze specimens and quality control data, and submit monthly reports summarizing key findings. - Professional Development and Industry Engagement:
Engage in continuous professional development and stay informed on industry trends and advancements. - Interdepartmental Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Desired Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Entomology or equivalant qualifications.
- Strong knowledge of pest species, biology, and behavior.
- Experience in developing and implementing IPM programs.
- Good communication and client consultation skills.
- Ability to conduct detailed inspections and environmental assessments.
- Proficient in training and supporting teams on pest management practices.
