Key responsibilities include the development and implementation of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs, conducting site inspections, and offering expert consultations to clients. The position also includes providing training and support to the Operations team and overseeing quality control measures to ensure high service standards.

Job Description

• Pest Identification and Analysis:
  Identify pest species, analyze their behavior and lifecycle, and document findings to guide pest management strategies.
• Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Program Development:
  Design and implement environmentally responsible IPM programs tailored to client needs.
• On-Site Inspections and Environmental Assessment:
  Conduct thorough inspections to assess pest infestations and recommend control measures based on environmental analysis.
• Client Consultation and Education:
  Provide expert advice to clients on pest issues, educate them on preventive measures, and prepare reports and treatment plans.
• Training and Support for Operations Team:
  Conduct training sessions for the Operations team on pest identification and control, ensuring high service standards.
• Quality Control and Issue Resolution:
  Collaborate with the Quality Control team to monitor service quality and resolve service complaints.
• Data Collection and Reporting:
  Collect and analyze specimens and quality control data, and submit monthly reports summarizing key findings.
• Professional Development and Industry Engagement:
  Engage in continuous professional development and stay informed on industry trends and advancements.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration:
  Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Desired Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Entomology or equivalant qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of pest species, biology, and behavior.
• Experience in developing and implementing IPM programs.
• Good communication and client consultation skills.
