Entomologist

Job Responsibilities Work closely with Customers, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure sites have proper pest management programs with relevant documentation. Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports; ensure customer compliance during internal and external audits. Conduct quality checks and walk-through inspections at customer sites to maintain pest management service standards. Handle customer inquiries related to difficult pest identification and prepare pest identification reports. Troubleshoot unresolved pest issues, collaborating with Operations and Sales to resolve them. Achieve monthly and yearly quality inspection targets. Manage different customers across various industries, including reporting responsibilities. Qualifications Degree in Entomology, Biological Sciences, Environmental Science, or related fields. Knowledge of the biology and behavior of structural pests is advantageous but not mandatory. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong documentation skills, well-organized, and detail-oriented. Resourceful, proactive, and highly initiative-driven. #J-18808-Ljbffr
