Leasing Administrator (Up to $14/hr | 6-month contract) Are you personable, adaptable, and ready to support the management of tenant relationships? We’re seeking a Leasing Administrator to join our Commercial Leasing team, where you will play a key role in building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, managing rental processes, and ensuring smooth tenancy renewals. Nearest MRT Station: Novena MRTContract: 6 monthsSalary: Up to SGD 14/hr (final offer dependent on experience) Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants and address their feedback. Understand tenants' space requirements, rental assistance needs, and usage preferences. Manage arrears and ensure timely resolution. Handle tenant-landlord relations and negotiate tenancy renewals. Specific Requirements Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry is preferred. Skills: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Adaptability and problem‑solving skills.
