What the role is: You oversee the development and delivery of integrated workplace services across various MINDEF/SAF locations, enhancing employee experience through innovative workplace solutions. What you will be working on: Manage work-near-home facilities Support senior management offices Oversee workplace services and amenities Establish and implement workplace experience initiatives through data-driven strategies and stakeholder management Strategise, develop and manage the communications and engagement activities Coordinate employee concierge services Challenge(s)- Being innovative, agile and challenge the status quo to drive initiatives and continuous improvements for enhanced employee experience Being analytical and leveraging big data for insights of user behaviours and processes so as to perform predictive analytics and forecast future trends for new initiatives/improvements What we are looking for: At least 5 years of experience in frontline, customer or relationship management to push boundary in process change and service improvements is preferred Stakeholder and project management skills Data analytics skills Innovation mindset (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
