Product Manager

• As a Senior Consultant Technical Product Manager at Visa Direct, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the team by developing and launching new features and services. Your responsibilities will include partnering with business sponsors and product managers to shape product strategy and roadmap, influencing stakeholders on product requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and execution. You will also be responsible for serving as the Product Owner during the Agile planning and execution cycle, providing requirements clarifications, addressing bottlenecks, and fostering innovation to drive product adoption.To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills, a curious mindset, and a passion for technical product management. You will be expected to have 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with a preference for candidates with technical experience in managing products built using Java technologies, API (SOAP & REST), Web & Mobile Development. This is a hybrid position, and details regarding the expectation of days in the office will be communicated by your Hiring Manager.Qualifications:- 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, or 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 11+ years of relevant work experience.- Technical experience in managing products built using Java technologies, API (SOAP & REST), Web & Mobile Development.- Hands-on experience in developing roadmaps, writing user stories, grooming product backlogs, and coordinating conflicting requirements.- Proficiency working in an agile environment and delivering complex software systems or services.- Exceptional collaboration and partnership skills with a global mindset.- Outstanding communications ability across diverse stakeholders.- Strong business acumen and ability to balance strategic vision with flawless execution.- Proactive approach with a sense of urgency and ability to manage competing priorities effectively.,
