Senior IT Supporter – CRM Applications, WMS

Join a dynamic team supporting the technical and digital backbone of operations at a global logistics and supply chain leader. You’ll play a hands‑on role in managing and resolving incidents across critical operational functions—especially warehouse systems like Automated Storage, Vertical Storage Management, Transport Management Systems, and handheld scanners. You’ll be the bridge between business and technology, coordinating cross‑functional teams and supporting the full lifecycle of IT products and applications—from design and deployment to maintenance and retirement. Key Responsibilities Product Lifecycle Management: Coordinate multifunctional teams to support the end‑to‑end lifecycle of IT products/applications. Technical Support: Provide hands‑on troubleshooting and incident resolution for local warehouse systems and logistics platforms. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with teams in Singapore and Europe to align local operations with global digital strategies. Continuous Improvement: Drive simplification and value creation through process optimization and performance monitoring. Service Excellence: Ensure high‑quality service delivery within defined SLAs, with proactive performance reporting. Agile & Waterfall Deployment: Support product deployment using appropriate methodologies and educate stakeholders on best practices. Key Hiring Requirement Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT Operations or Front Office/IT Support. Hands‑on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly preferred. Exposure to CRM applications is a plus. Experience across the product/application lifecycle including business analysis, user training, and issue resolution. Prior experience in global team collaboration is highly desirable. Certifications: ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4) certification is highly preferred. Industry Background: Preferred from Logistics, Supply Chain, or Semiconductor sectors. Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management. Solid understanding of logistics and warehousing processes. Familiarity with contact center solutions. Comfortable with monthly rotational shifts (on monthly bases, day shifts only, no night shift required). #J-18808-Ljbffr
