Stakeholder Relations & Resource Development Build and maintain strong partnerships with donors, agencies, partners, and key community stakeholders. Represent the organization at public engagements, professional networks, and official events. Drive fundraising strategies, partnership development, and grant pursuits to ensure long-term financial resilience. People Leadership & Organizational Culture Lead, mentor, and empower a committed, high-performing team to achieve shared goals. Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture focused on empathy, teamwork, and service excellence. Model integrity, professionalism, and ethical leadership in all aspects of the organization’s work. Requirements Minimum of 10 years’ proven experience in senior leadership, ideally within the social service, non-profit, or healthcare sector. Strong capability in strategic development and implementation, coupled with a genuine commitment to community impact. Established expertise in organizational oversight, resource development, and stakeholder engagement. Outstanding leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree will be advantageous.
