Senior Manager / Manager (Treasury), Finance Posting Start Date: 24/07/2025Schemes of Service: CorporateDivision: FinanceEmployment Type: Fixed Term We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager / Manager (Treasury), Finance to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to lead and enhance our investment back-office accounting functions and consolidate treasury operations within the Finance division. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting: Involve in the preparation of statutory accounts related to Endowment Fund Net Asset Value (NAV) : Ensure timely and accurate records of the NAV of the endowment fund. Reconciliation : Perform fund report and book reconciliations, and bank reconciliations. Audit and Compliance: Assist in the annual audit and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards; review internal control reports of our fund managers. Transaction Processing : Handle income accruals and expenses recording. Treasury Operations : Manage operating cash flow and fixed deposit placements. Communication: Liaise with fund managers and university stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing timely information. Regulatory Monitoring: Stay abreast of changes in legislation relating to finance and accounting, particularly those impacting endowment funds management. Job Requirements Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Proven experience as a fund accountant or in a similar finance/accounting role. In-depth knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software packages such as SAP S/4Hana. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous eye for detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
