Responsibilities
  1. Serve as Field Engineer for specific clients and/or products and applications, including tech kiosks/desks.
  2. Provide software, hardware, and networking support for desktops, laptops, servers, network devices, AV rooms, and other networked devices.
  3. Install and maintain PCs, associated software, networks, servers, peripherals, and other devices.
  4. Support network products from operational and maintenance perspectives, including preventative maintenance activities.
  5. Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes as required.
  6. Test and certify PCs, networks, servers, and client-approved applications.
  7. Follow up on problems or escalations.
  8. Maintain professionalism in actions, demeanor, and dress.
  9. Meet SLA requirements and ensure client satisfaction in all interactions.
What Success Looks Like In This Role
  • Serving as a Field Engineer for specific clients and products.
  • Providing comprehensive support for various hardware and software.
  • Efficiently installing and maintaining IT equipment and networks.
  • Ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Working hours
  • Rotating 12-hour shifts or as assigned.
  • Shift rotation: 3 days work followed by 2 days rest, then 2 days work followed by 3 days rest.
  • Bi-monthly shift changes between day and night shifts.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Technical certification or Associate Degree may be required.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
