The Assistant Executive in the Finance & Accounts department will report to the Associate Vice President Finance (Billing). In this role, you will be responsible for handling IPD / OPD / Panel Billing. This includes billing patients for consultations, various tests, and procedures carried out in the hospital. You will verify the bills with the activity card before generating them and prepare interim bills for further collection from patients. Additionally, you will provide cost estimations for procedures, surgeries, or treatments, collect cash in advance, and address any billing-related queries from patients and attendants.Furthermore, as an Assistant Executive, you will be responsible for preparing bill receipts, providing explanations about the bills to patients/attendants, and dispatching bills to the IPD billing station. You will also be involved in preparing finance clearance slips for Cath-lab procedures, tallying cash collections, depositing cash to the main cash counter or bank as necessary, and following up with patients and attendants for outstanding bills or bill clearance. Additionally, you will handle all billing queries and contribute to the compilation of Management Information System (MIS) reports.Other duties as assigned by the reporting manager may also be part of your responsibilities. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work location is in person.,
