Position Overview
The Commercial Operations Specialist ensures high customer satisfaction by providing prompt, professional, and accurate support to clients, sales, and stakeholders, handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive, approachable, and professional demeanor when interacting with stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
  • Coordinate with colleagues to establish and follow a daily/weekly work schedule aligned with business priorities.
  • Implement and support customer satisfaction initiatives with management.
  • Ensure timely processing of customer order releases.
  • Investigate complaints and credit requests, verify product/lot purchase claims, and ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate shipments with shipping agents and intercompany teams.
  • Serve as primary escalation point for product returns and credit requests.
  • Manage order inbox, process orders via electronic/manual methods, handle credits, debits, calls, replacements, returns, complaints, and complex orders.
  • Review and edit orders for accuracy, ensure timely delivery, and follow up.
  • Attach documentation within all systems.
  • Process activities in compliance with SOPs, SDS, and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Document customer interactions in SAP/SFDC.
  • Verify pricing through Purchase Orders and liaise with Pricing and Contracts Team.
  • Assist in collecting distributor sell-out and inventory data.
  • Provide administrative support for office operations.
  • Support sales, invoicing, and supply chain functions as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
  • 2-3 years experience in customer contact/service center environment.
  • Experience with SAP preferred (Entry Level to 4 years).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle disputes/emergencies calmly.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
