Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Preparing and maintaining the cleanliness of meeting/conference rooms.
Assist in administrative duties when needed
Requirements:
Diploma holder or higher
Able to start work within short notice
Minimum 3 years experience as bank receptionist/flight attendant/receptionist in MNC office
