Great Company Culture Centralised Location 5 days work week Responsibilities Structure, assess, and implement financing strategies, including debt, equity, and hybrid instruments, to support business and project objectives. Build, maintain, and enhance relationships with financial institutions, investors, and key external stakeholders. Prepare financial proposals, presentations, and documentation required for internal approvals, investor discussions, and negotiations. Develop, refine, and analyse cash flow and financial models; summarise key insights for management reporting and partner negotiations. Collaborate closely with business development and project teams across Asia to provide financial analysis, insights, and strategic recommendations. Engage and negotiate with banks and financial institutions to secure optimal funding solutions. Identify, evaluate, and manage financial risks, implementing strategies to strengthen overall project and corporate financial resilience. Coordinate with external advisors and consultants to ensure financial structures and transactions are compliant, viable, and aligned with business goals. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a Project Finance role. Work experience in the energy sector or related field will be desirable. Excellent negotiation, communication and critical thinking skills. Self-motivated to grow and contribute to the company. Capable of working independently and persevering.
