Partner with engineering and data science to design and deliver intelligent solutions (e.g., automated KYB flows, fraud scoring, anomaly detection, AI-powered insights). Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities. Translate complex regulatory, compliance, and fraud requirements into simple, usable product experiences. Collaborate with compliance/legal teams to ensure solutions meet global regulatory standards. Develop and track KPIs for product success (conversion rates, fraud loss reduction, operational efficiency, etc.). Support go-to-market strategy, including product positioning, pricing, and enablement for sales and customer success. Stay up to date on evolving fraud tactics, KYB/AML/KYC regulations, and advancements in AI/ML technology. Requirements 5+ years experience as a Product Manager (or equivalent role in Banking, SaaS, fintech, regtech, fraud, or risk). Experience & Skills KYB/KYC/AML/Compliance product development or operations. Fraud prevention/detection systems, risk scoring, payments fraud, or identity verification. AI/ML-based product development (e.g., anomaly detection, NLP, generative AI). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and define KPIs. Excellent communication skills, able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
