About the Role We are looking for a motivated Assistant Business Consultant (Intern) to join our dynamic consulting team. Reporting to a Senior Business Consultant, you will support client engagements, research, and solution delivery while gaining hands‑on exposure to management consulting practices. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing and growing assigned client accounts and business segments. Gather and analyse client requirements; help design and implement business performance solutions. Work closely with consultants to deliver positive impact and sustainable results. Support compliance reviews and help ensure clients meet statutory and regulatory requirements. Contribute to risk identification and mitigation efforts. Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and emerging technologies (esp. blockchain and cryptocurrency). Conduct research, business analysis, and process re‑engineering using best practices and accelerators. Manage client files and update records daily in accordance with company policies. Assist in identifying and establishing partnerships with key stakeholders and industry associations to drive user acquisition and brand awareness. Help track, monitor, and report sales activities and performance metrics. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related field . Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills; able to synthesise data into recommendations. Good understanding of finance trends, technologies, and their impact on business strategy. Positive, self‑driven, and eager to take on challenges. Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines. Capable of working independently and managing competing priorities. Adaptable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. Strong service orientation and client‑focused mindset. Excellent written and spoken English ; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage to liaise with Chinese‑speaking clients. Learning & Development Receive on‑the‑job coaching from experienced consultants.
