What the Role Entails
  • Propose, coordinate, and execute media communication plans, including strategy, targets, and budget.
  • Manage PR agency teams and internal members to drive results; oversee agency resources and budget, ensuring quality control.
  • Liaise with news monitoring agencies to track online news, analyze media outreach, and conduct market research.
  • Prepare press releases, byline articles, speeches, and press materials.
  • Oversee creation of PR assets in collaboration with branding, marketing, and external agencies.
  • Contribute content for corporate communications and social media.
  • Assist in competitive analysis, reporting, and identifying opportunities for PR activities.
  • Coordinate logistics for media and corporate events, including exhibitions and press tours.
  • Organize photo sessions for events.
  • Handle press inquiries and maintain relationships with media outlets.
  • Evaluate and manage partnerships, sponsorships, and advertorial placements.
  • Distribute media materials, including samples and gifts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to research, prepare, and pitch press releases to media and KOLs.
Who We Look For
  • At least 2 years of experience in PR, communications, or marketing; multinational experience is a plus.
  • Strong English communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous for China market support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; graphic design skills are a plus.
  • Effective time and workload management skills, ability to meet deadlines.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and diligent.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a willingness to learn.
