- Cultivate and manage client relationships, ensuring continued growth of existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans, and produce customized presentation materials suited to diverse audiences within client organizations.
- Deliver clear, engaging communications and presentations across multiple formats, including phone calls, video meetings, webinars, and digital collaboration tools.
- Leverage deep product and service expertise to align solutions with client goals, address business challenges, and support revenue growth.
- Drive accurate sales forecasting and manage all phases of the sales cycle—from initial outreach through negotiation and procurement—while maintaining effective use of sales enablement tools.
- Monitor evolving industry trends and regulatory updates to anticipate market shifts and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Partner with digital sales teams to shape innovative go-to-market strategies, while actively participating in continuous learning to strengthen digital capabilities.
Job requirements
- Fluency in Vietnamese is required, as this role involves supporting the Vietnam market and regularly liaising with Vietnamese clients and stakeholders
- Prior experience in full-cycle sales role
- Prior experience in financial industry
