Research Fellow (Diagnostic Radiology) The National University of Singapore invites applications for five Research Fellow positions in the Department of Diagnostic Radiology, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. Appointments will be made on a 1‑year contract basis with the possibility for renewal. The group is committed to discovering and developing new radiopharmaceuticals for cancer theranostics that are clinically translatable. The team emphasizes radionuclide imaging and therapy of cancer, multi‑modal molecular imaging, and nanotheranostics. More information on the research work is available at and Purpose of the Post We seek a motivated Research Fellow to work closely with the Principal Investigator and study team members on one or more of the following areas. Responsibilities Novel radiotracer development Novel molecular imaging probe development New cancer target for radiotheranostics Preclinical small animal imaging and cancer therapy Research grant application Supervise postgraduate student projects Support the teaching programme in the department and medicine school Main Duties and Contributions Contribute intellectually and experimentally to methodology and theoretical development; independently undertake advanced research; lead collaborative research activities and develop external contacts and funding opportunities; maintain the highest standard of professional conduct and record keeping in accordance with policies and procedures. Qualifications Ph.D. or M.D. (preferably with 3‑year experience in organic chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, immunology, material science, biomedical or computational imaging) Detailed knowledge of molecular imaging or material science; mandatory Experience designing and performing scientific work independently and collaboratively; must have Experience with cell‑based assays (cell culture, ELISA, multi‑color flow cytometry), animal handling, small animal imaging is highly preferred Strong communication skills, motivation, drive, high ethics and integrity Location Kent Ridge Campus, Singapore.
