Our client, a well-known MNC company is looking for candidates for the Industrial Engineer (Cost Analyst) position. Responsibilities Collaborate and participate in financial planning and cost analysis to devise efficient systems that integrate Man, Machine, Material & Method. Analysis and visualization to measure manufacturing operation performance through monthly Profit and Loss statement. Share the result to operation members and advise management of ensure profit sustainability. Responsible for budgeting, estimation and monthly Profit and Loss statement forecast and including variance analysis and its reporting to internal members. Study and understand manufacturing process for simulating product cost. Utilize IT tool to enhance report accuracy, analysis and visualization. Requirements Degree in Finance/Accounting or relevant professional experience. Strong interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Positive attitude in challenging work environment. Strong passion and drive to achieve the plan. Able to work well as a team player while being independent and pro‑active.
