We are a fast‑scaling EdTech startup headquartered in Singapore and the U.S., backed by a global mission: “Even across oceans, you can be part of their questions.” The Role We are looking for a Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) Analyst to join our founding team in Singapore. This role will play a dual purpose: Build and own JurneeGo’s CAC analytics engine — modeling, tracking, and optimizing acquisition across our pilot markets. Support Singapore grant compliance (Enterprise Singapore programs) — ensuring auditable reporting of marketing spend and growth metrics. The CAC Analyst will evolve over time: in the first year you’ll focus on analytics and compliance, and from August 2026 onward, your role will expand into a Community & Virality Lead — driving adoption through diaspora and NGO partnerships. Key Responsibilities Build CAC dashboards and track acquisition funnels by market and parent segment. Measure referral multipliers, ignition cohorts, hub factors, and churn. Support the Head of Growth with investor‑grade CAC/LTV reporting. Maintain grant‑compliant reporting frameworks for Enterprise Singapore submissions. Partner with leadership to identify cost‑efficient ignition strategies in low‑CAC markets. What We’re Looking For Singapore Citizen/PR (required for grant compliance). Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field. 2–4 years’ experience in growth analytics, digital marketing, or SaaS metrics. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; SQL/Python/R a plus. Strong understanding of SaaS economics: CAC, LTV, ARPU, churn. Curiosity and passion for education, global communities, and social impact. What You’ll Achieve Within 3 months : Build our first CAC dashboards and validate early assumptions. Within 6 months : Deliver sensitivity analysis across 3+ markets and investor‑ready CAC vs. LTV reports. Within 12 months : Establish Singapore as JurneeGo’s compliance and analytics hub. Beyond 12 months : Transition into Community & Virality Lead, activating diaspora groups and NGOs to collapse CAC toward zero. Why Join Us?
