We are seeking a Specialist, Product Rollout to serve as the liaison between logistics local business stakeholders and regional teams on one side, and our product team on the other side. You will be responsible for consolidating business needs, building structured business cases, and ensuring the smooth execution of go-to-market (GTM) initiatives across multiple functions and geographies.

Responsibilities
  • Discovery & Analysis: Engage with local business stakeholders and regional teams to gather product feedback, identify pain points, and receive feature requests
  • Discovery & Analysis: Consolidate and prioritize input to identify high-impact opportunities
  • Discovery & Analysis: Translate operational challenges into structured business cases for the product team
  • Discovery & Analysis: Drive adoption and effective utilization of product tools within the designated scope
  • Business Case Development: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build data-driven business cases
  • Business Case Development: Define clear problem statements, success metrics, and value assessments
  • Business Case Development: Present proposals to product leadership for consideration and prioritization
  • Go-To-Market Orchestration: Lead the cross-functional rollout of product initiatives across Operations, Finance, Legal, PR, and Marketing
  • Go-To-Market Orchestration: Coordinate timelines, resources, and communications to ensure readiness across all teams
  • Go-To-Market Orchestration: Develop and maintain deployment playbooks, FAQs, and training materials
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between the product and regional teams
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain alignment across stakeholders through regular updates and checkpoints
  • Stakeholder Management: Track and report on rollout performance, adoption, and feedback
Qualifications
  • 3–7 years of experience in product operations, program management, or product-related roles in a multi-region or global company
  • Strong analytical and business acumen; able to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into recommendations
  • Strong ability to plan, coordinate, and execute product rollouts, managing dependencies and ensuring alignment with operational requirements
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially in fast-paced or matrixed environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized, with experience managing complex deployments or rollouts
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, and project management platforms (e.g. Asana)
  • Experience in working with vendor or rider-facing tools or products, ideally in tech, logistics, or e-commerce sectors
  • Extensive hands-on experience analyzing data using complex SQL queries
