You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. Amazon is looking for a customer-obsessed Business Intelligence Engineer to be based in Singapore to help shape the future of our Data Centers. This team focuses on driving operational excellence and optimization for our data center planners/infra program managers, procurement team, supply solutions team, energy and water team, and also our construction, commissioning and controls teams. The role offers an opportunity to support stakeholders in implementing GenAI/ML solutions that will disrupt the way we work.
Key job responsibilities

• Build full stack GenAI solutions using AWS services
• Scale scrappy prototype GenAI projects for the wider org
• Build up team's AI capabilities and literacy
• Recommend and optimize our existing AI solutions end to end

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
• Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
• Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
• Experience building GenAI applications end to end using AWS Services (S3, Bedrock, Sagemaker, Lambda, Amplify etc)
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift
• Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets
• AWS certification - AI cloud practitioner / solutions architect
