Job Requirements:Bachelor or Master's Degree in related Chemical, Mechanical and Automation Engineering or other related engineering fields.Possess at least 12 years of experience in leading small to mid-sized capital investment projects in the process and chemical industryFamiliar with regulations, codes and industry best practices in the Process and Chemical Industry.Familiar with technology and process development in the process and chemical sectorsPossess the technical appreciation to align all related disciplines of process, mechanical, electrical and automation, civil, structural and architecture (CSA) in a CapEx project and understand their interfacesPossess strong interpersonal, oral and written communication and organization skillsConfident to communicate at all levels of technicality (basic to complex)Ability to apply strategic thinking in debottlenecking and de-risking project tasksSelf-driven and meticulous individual who has the strong ability to multi-task and has good time management skills to deliver results under tight timelines
