Junior Relationship Manager, Private Wealth - Key Account Business Department

Responsibilities

  • Assist in prospecting and gradually building the ability to prospect new clients, Support marketing initiatives
  • Support Senior Relationship Managers in managing client portfolios and identifying opportunities
  • Gradually assume responsibility for a select portfolio of clients
  • Provide administrative support, including account openings, documentation, and compliance checks
  • Assist in preparing client reports, investment proposals, and meeting materials
  • Respond to client queries and maintain high levels of service
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend investment strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university, in finance, economics, business, or related fields; certifications like CFA or CACS are a plus
  • Experience: Fresh graduates can also apply, however exposure to HNW/UHNW clients or networks is a strong advantage
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with financial products and proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office is beneficial
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of KYC, AML, and compliance standards; regulatory certifications are a plus
  • Attributes: Professional, client-focused, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in wealth management
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders/clients
