If you have passion, drive and the will to succeed, rise to the challenge today Key Responsibilities Data Science & Analytics Develop predictive models for client behaviour, investment preferences, and portfolio performance. Create personalized analytics and reporting tools to support relationship managers and advisors. Design and implement machine learning models for forecasting, anomaly detection, and classification. Quantitative Development Build and maintain financial models for portfolio construction, asset allocation, and risk-adjusted returns. Develop and maintain high-performance codebases in Python, C++, or Java for real-time financial applications. Collaborate with quantitative researchers to translate research prototypes into production-ready systems. Software Engineering Design and deploy scalable data pipelines and model APIs using Python and cloud-native technologies. Integrate models with internal platforms and client-facing applications. Ensure code quality, testing, and documentation for production-grade systems. Education & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in data science, quantitative analysis, or software development in a financial context. Technical Skills Proficiency in Python and one or more of: C++, Java, or Scala. Strong understanding of statistical modelling, time-series analysis, and machine learning algorithms. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with financial instruments, market data, and trading systems is a plus. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience with scientific and quantitative libraries in Python, including Cython. Knowledge of financial instruments, regulations and compliance standards.
