Senior Operation Manufacturing Manager (A ) Responsibilities
  1. Oversees the operational performance of external manufacturing partners, ensuring they meet quality, delivery, and cost expectations.
  2. Managing relationships with contract manufacturers, driving performance improvements, and coordinating internal teams to maintain a smooth supply of products.
  3. Coordinate with supply chain management for raw material procurement and inventory control.
  4. Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to maintain product standards and new product launch.
  5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  6. Engage in strategic planning to support long-term manufacturing goals and growth.
  7. Analysis production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  8. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for manufacturing operations.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 of experience in operation manufacturing management or a related role.
  3. Proven experience in overseeing production operations in a manufacturing environment.
  4. Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to supervise multiple teams.
  5. In-depth knowledge of production management, manufacturing processes, and quality control.
  6. Solid understanding of supply chain management, inventory control, and procurement.
  7. Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.
  8. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
