The Deputy Director supports the CFO in providing leadership and oversight in FPS Finance covering Group Reporting and Development Finance. The role oversees Group Finance team and provides guidance and mentorship to the Development Finance team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the integrity of financial and management reporting, driving process improvements, supporting business planning and strategy, and fostering alignment with Head Office and other business functions. Job Description Financial Management and Reporting Oversee Frasers Property Singapore’s financial results, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with corporate requirements. Review and ensure the quality of financial reports submitted to Head Office and management. Provide insight and financial analysis to support decision-making and business reviews. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. Business Partnering and Strategic Support Partner closely with business to provide financial perspectives in evaluating financial performance Support the CFO in preparing annual strategy plans, business reviews, and management presentations. Contribute to business planning, performance tracking, and capital allocation discussions. Assist in framing key messages and financial narratives for management and Board-level reporting. Systems, Processes and Continuous Improvement Champion finance process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and control. Oversee financial systems used for consolidation, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring they are well-maintained and fit-for-purpose. Work with Head Office and IT on system enhancements and data governance matters. Governance, Compliance and Risk Support risk management and compliance processes in collaboration with the Risk and Internal Audit teams. Contribute to the preparation of audit schedules and ensure follow-up on audit findings. Leadership and Mentorship Lead and mentor both the Group Finance team and the Development Finance team to strengthen technical competencies, collaboration, and ownership. Coach team members in financial analysis, stakeholder communication, and prioritisation of work. Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Step in to provide guidance or decision support in complex or cross-functional financial issues. #LI-FPLPRO Key Qualification Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification At least10–15 years of relevant experience, preferably inreal estate development or investment businesses . Strong technical grounding in accounting, consolidation, and financial reporting. Proven experience in leading and developing finance teams. Strong analytical, business partnering, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and presentation skills; able to distill complex issues into clear messages.
