Responsibilities
  • Mission: The mission of Distribution and Credit Solutions ("DCS") is to grow Société Générale’s financing origination by better connecting capital seekers with capital providers and building long-term partnerships with institutional investors.
  • Resource optimization: DCS aims to optimize the credit chain resources, thereby increasing relevance across the debt continuum, by providing a fully integrated structuring, syndication, trading and sales platform.
  • Client Centricity: Deliver the full credit franchise to new and existing clients with a first-in-class mindset in identifying and responding to their needs, building long-lasting relationships at each interaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Develop an advisory approach with relative value analysis and trade idea generation in close interaction with the trading and research team; understand drivers of relevant markets and client needs to execute client trades and feed information to management and other teams to improve the platform.
  • Value Chain Delivery: Ensure the highest quality trade execution, from pre- to post-trade processes, and safeguard the soundness of each client’s trading experience.
  • Teamwork: Cooperate with other team members to ensure client business continuity and effective teamwork within local and global teams and with other departments.
  • Risk & Compliance: Understand applicable legal and regulatory rules, internal guidelines and risk management approaches, and comply throughout the transaction.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Academic Background and Certifications: Finance-related degree with extensive relevant experience in the industry.
  • Operational Skills: Solid track record of credit sales covering institutional clients including official institutions, asset managers, insurance companies, banks and private banks.
  • Behavioral Skills: Client focus, teamwork, innovation, responsibility, commitment, and the ability to balance client needs with risk considerations.
