As a Golang Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable APIs using the Go programming language. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement API authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure data security and privacy. Additionally, you will be developing API Gateway solutions, optimizing API performance, implementing caching strategies, and addressing security vulnerabilities in API implementations. You will also work closely with frontend and backend teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Troubleshooting and debugging issues in API implementations, staying updated with the latest trends in API development and security, and having strong problem-solving skills are essential for this role. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in the Go programming language, proven experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices, a strong understanding of API authentication and authorization mechanisms, and proficiency in database integration and data modeling. Knowledge of Go best practices, design patterns, and idioms is also required. Experience with Git version control and collaborative development workflows, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and attention to detail are important for success in this role. The interview process will involve a technical round with the Director, an assessment, an assessment review round with the Senior Backend person, and an HR round.
