Overview

Hin Tat Augustine & Partners is a medium-sized firm in Singapore established over 20 years ago, with its office located in The Riverwalk building opposite the Parliament building.

We are looking to fill the positions of Litigation Secretary and Paralegal in the practice areas of personal injury, probate, family, legacy and succession planning and civil litigation. Training will be provided as necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Support lawyers in civil litigation, personal injury, family, probate, legacy and succession planning matters as required.
  • Prepare documents and correspondence, manage filing, and coordinate with clients and courts as applicable.
  • Assist with general office and administrative tasks to ensure smooth case management.
Qualifications
  • Ability to communicate in both written and spoken English (other dialects would be preferable).
  • Ability to prepare documents and correspondence using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Preferred: Relevant working experience in civil litigation / personal injury / family / probate.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with the eLitigation online filing system and accounts management software such as LegalPac.
