Position Overview

The Nanyang Centre for Public Administration (NCPA), at the College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, is seeking applications for a Research Associate position. The role involves supporting research in areas such as Asia Governance, Global Talent Strategies, Social Sector Governance, and Transnational Knowledge Transfer.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the PI and Research Fellows, providing operational and project management support.
  • Conduct literature reviews, data analysis, and support publication efforts.
  • Assist in research activities, including organizing conferences, seminars, and workshops.
  • Manage research data in compliance with NTU policies.
  • Handle administrative tasks like report compilation, budget management, and travel arrangements.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in public administration, public policy, Asian Studies, political science, or related fields.
  • Minimum of three years relevant experience.
  • Strong research, data analysis, and publication background.
  • Experience with quantitative and qualitative methodologies preferred.
