OverviewThe role focuses on fault response and maintenance for building facilities, including supervising contractors, performing repairs, and supporting emergency drills. Shift work is required, including weekends and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to fault requests within the stipulated timing.
- Attend day-to-day maintenance work orders for properties and maintain proper maintenance checklists.
- Respond to work orders within the stipulated timing.
- Supervise contractors during servicing.
- Handle minor rectifications that can be completed internally.
- Troubleshoot power switches and light sets.
- Perform multiple repair and maintenance tasks.
- Assist in emergency drills and provide logistic support for events held in the building.
- Perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
- Perform daily routine inspections on critical facilities (e.g., generators, air conditioning).
- Undertake any other ad-hoc facilities management duties as required.
- Min IT/ITE Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Facilities Management.
- Experience in facilities management or IFM-related work is preferred.
- Fresh graduates may be considered.
- Strong technical knowledge with hands-on experience in mechanical (ACMV) and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Class 3 driving license (or equivalent).
- Able to commit to flexible working hours, including weekends, shift work, and extended hours when necessary.
- A team player with honesty, a keen learning attitude, and quick adaptability to the work environment.
- Physical ability to perform manual work.
- Pro-active and independent, able to work with minimal supervision.
