*NEW* 1 Year contract Regulatory Change Manager - Banks Our client is an established foreign bank. Job Duties Work in the International Controllers change management team on a timebound project, assisting with the development of key APAC regulatory reporting requirements. Assist in writing user stories to reflect the business requirements of various regulatory reporting modules and liaise with technology team members through Agile scrum methodology to ensure requirements are understood. Ensure, where possible, that operational risk through manual processes is minimised; leverage digital tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI) to develop automated solutions where technology solutions are unavailable. Analyse regulatory guidance and provide SME insights when forming requirements for reporting modules, challenging existing approaches in a thoughtful manner where appropriate to ensure full regulatory compliance. Assist in documenting processes and decisions as part of project delivery to reporting teams. Drive knowledge management, training, and other initiatives to impart Innovation best practices and knowledge across internal and cross‑functional stakeholders. Job Requirements Deep knowledge of core regulatory and financial reporting responsibilities and outputs (capital & liquidity, financial & statistical, core financial reporting) for APAC regions, plus broad knowledge of the financial services industry, products, and services. 8–10 years of work experience, with at least half of that time in innovation/design consulting or product development. Understanding of risks and mitigating controls expected within a regulatory reporting function. Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum) project delivery methodology and a track record of delivering regulatory change in this environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate and structure technical concepts into succinct and easily digestible thought pieces. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; MBA or Master’s Degree highly desirable. Axiom Experience is preferred.
