(HRD) Asst Director/Senior Manager, Human Resource Dept (1 or 2 year contract) ARCA - Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority What The Role Is The HR Specialist is responsible for multiple essential functions, including: Leadership and talent development Organisational development HR data analytics Performance management Overseeing compensation and benefits What The Role Also Involves Leading cross‑functional teams to manage these key areas, collaborating with business units to identify risks, develop responses, and design interventions that address workforce challenges affecting both their departments and ACRA as a whole. What You Will Be Working On Leadership/Talent Development – Facilitating annual talent reviews, developing targeted programmes to bridge gaps, and tracking talent metrics. Organisational Development – Evaluating organisational performance, identifying improvement areas, and designing strategies to enhance culture and capabilities. HR Data Analytics – Upgrading HR dashboards, analysing HR metrics, and connecting HR data with business outcomes to measure the ROI of initiatives. Performance Management – Assisting with the yearly performance evaluation process. Compensation and Benefits – Reviewing remuneration packages to keep roles competitive within the market. What We Are Looking For At least 6 years of HR experience, ideally in the specified functional areas. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to change. Demonstrates positivity, teamwork, and a dedicated commitment to serving the public sector. Possess strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
