About the RoleJoin T1's creative team and shape the visual identity that makes trading accessible and exciting. As Creative Lead, you'll drive the creative vision across all touchpoints—from social media campaigns to trading platform interfaces—creating compelling visual narratives that resonate with traders worldwide.
Key Responsibilities Creative Strategy & Leadership- Develop and execute comprehensive creative strategies aligned with T1's brand vision and business objectives
- Lead creative concepting for product launches, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives
- Establish and maintain visual brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials
- Design high-impact graphics and visual content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and advertising across multiple channels
- Develop website imagery, UI graphics, and interactive elements that enhance user experience
- Design print and digital collaterals including brochures, presentations, event materials, and corporate communications
- Produce motion graphics and animations for social media, website headers, and promotional videos
- Oversee brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and marketing materials
- Stay ahead of design trends in fintech, trading technology, and digital marketing
- Develop creative concepts that simplify complex trading concepts for diverse audiences
- Lead creative projects from concept to delivery, managing timelines and stakeholder expectations
- Manage and evolve T1's visual identity to maintain relevance in the fast-paced fintech sector
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Strong skills in motion graphics and video editing for social media and web applications
- Experience with UI/UX design principles and web design best practices
- Knowledge of design tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar collaborative design platforms
- Understanding of print production processes and digital asset optimization
- Familiarity with social media platform specifications and advertising formats
- 5+ years of creative design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital marketing, brand design, and motion graphics
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or gaming
- Proven track record of successful creative campaigns and brand development
- Experience with trading platforms, financial education content, or investment-related design
- Understanding of performance marketing and data-driven creative optimization
- Experience managing creative teams and external creative resources
- Strong creative vision with ability to translate financial concepts into engaging visuals
- Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with interest in measuring creative performance and impact
- Collaborative leadership style with strong communication and presentation skills
- Passion for financial markets and understanding of trader psychology and behavior
