We are growing our network of independent recruitment consultants in Singapore and looking for entrepreneurial professionals to join us on a commission-only model.

As a Recruitment Entrepreneur, you will have the freedom to chart your own path while leveraging our network, brand, and expertise. Core responsibilities include:

• Develop and nurture your own network of clients and candidates, driving business growth through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
• Partner with clients to deliver tailored recruitment solutions across mid-to-senior-level roles.
• Source, assess, and present top-tier candidates with professionalism, empathy, and insight.
• Share market intelligence and collaborate with your peers and the wider WeLinkTalent team to exchange best practices.
• Represent WeLinkTalent’s core values: integrity, transparency, human connection, and excellence in all your engagements.

We welcome professionals from diverse backgrounds who meet the following criteria:

• CEI (Basic) certification – This is mandatory for recruitment intermediaries operating in Singapore.
• Experience in recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition, ideally with proven business development expertise.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative, client-focused approach.
• A self-motivated, independent, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• An existing network in industries such as finance, technology, consulting, luxury, or similar sectors is a plus. If not, you should have a strong drive to develop one.

Eligibility: This role is open exclusively to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents, in compliance with local regulations.
