Regional Project Manager – Intermoor Intermoor, part of Acteon's Moorings and Anchors business line, provides project and operational management expertise to clients across the mooring lifecycle. Our multidisciplinary approach mitigates risks and reduces costs, safeguarding major operations on critical project paths. We are seeking a Regional Project Manager on a full‑time, permanent basis, based in Singapore. The role is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and delivery of T&I/EPCI projects, ensuring safety, on‑time completion, budget adherence, and compliance with contractual and quality standards. Duties & Main Responsibilities Develop and implement project execution plans, schedules, and budgets Ensure alignment with contractual obligations and client expectations Lead and manage project teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and installation disciplines Promote and adhere to the values of management responsibility and visible leadership Manage project personnel, 3rd parties, and functional interfaces in accordance with the company's values, goals, and objectives Foster collaboration and maintain clear communication channels both internally and externally Assign personnel to support all project activities including tendering Ensure compliance with client contractual requirements in close liaison with the Proposals Manager Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and vendors Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project Develop company capability in project activities by developing internal resources and processes Encourage all reports to conduct all activities with due regard to the core values of the organisation Provide engineering and operational support within Intermoor as required Maintain awareness of, and control exposure to, all technical and commercial risks Provide reports and management information to senior management and clients Required to work on site at project locations as dictated by operational requirements Report and discuss any competitor activity which may detract from InterMoor achieving its objectives Oversee commissioning, handover, and project close‑out activities Conduct lessons‑learnt sessions for continuous improvement Identify and mitigate project risks proactively Ensure compliance with HSE standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines Act in accordance with Acteon values, ethics, and compliance policies Lead the execution of floating infrastructure projects across APAC Oversee all aspects of engineering, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, and field development Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards Actively manage technical and commercial risks Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary project interface Guide and mentor project teams, driving performance and collaboration Achieve target revenue, cash‑flow, forecast and EBITDA from project activities Manage budgets, margins, and forecasts in partnership with Finance and Proposals Ensure accurate and timely reporting using ERP systems (e.g., Navision) Approve expenditures and manage variations/change orders Support BD activities to position InterMoor as a trusted project contractor Work closely with Business Development and Proposals teams on bids and tenders Expand industry network and client relationships Contribute to strategic growth across the region Required Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Project Management or Naval Architecture Experience in installation/decommissioning of floater projects or Oil & Gas EPCI projects Solid background in subsea installation, Transport & Installation, SURF, and/or offshore engineering Proven success in project management within the oil & gas or offshore sector Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple fast‑paced engineering projects Familiarity with MS Project and Microsoft Office Good planning and organisational skills High level of communication skills in both written and verbal Employment Details Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Engineering and Project Management Industry: Oil and Gas #J-18808-Ljbffr
