As our new Recruiter, you'll be the heartbeat of our talent strategy, sourcing top-tier advisory professionals, crafting unforgettable hiring experiences, and partnering with leaders to shape the future of financial services.
What You'll Be Doing- Own end-to-end recruitment for Financial Advisor roles
- Build strong talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role needs and success profiles
- Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidate inquiries
- Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future openings
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls, emails, and outreach activity
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree
- Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High energy and passion for recruitment
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
- 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
- Experience sourcing for financial services or advisory roles preferred
- A sharp eye for talent and a passion for people
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms
