**What you’ll do**
We’re looking for a new team member to help us find and hire top talent, shape the future of our early-stage programs, and collaborate with internal hiring managers to solve their talent priorities. You will work on the full recruiting life cycle for our campus and experienced hire roles. Specifically, you will:
- Develop, implement, and lead the Firm’s summer internship recruiting and program (events,
- Build market intelligence and identify trends across the industry
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders, to develop a deep understanding of their strategic objectives and hiring needs, leverage recruiting data to prepare recruiting updates and trends for Hiring Managers
- Partner with our Compliance team to ensure the recruitment process follows our core values
- Partner with our global recruiting teams on hiring best practices and reporting
**What’s required**
- 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience
- Experience within both agency recruiting and in-house recruiting is a plus
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in assessing and determining how to handle queries, calls and issues
- High degree of professional maturity
- Ability to serve as an ambassador for the Firm and the recruiting team
- Superior problem solving and analytical skills
- Adaptability - to multitask, shift focus and prioritize assignments while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, Asia language is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Commitment and adherence to the highest ethical standards
