As an Senior Executive (Emergency Preparedness) - Healthcare, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the organisation is operationally ready to respond to emergencies such as civil crises, pandemic outbreaks, national emergencies, power failures, and fires.
  • Maintain the organisation's preparedness to support the organisation during national or civil emergencies, or any healthcare-related incidents that pose a threat to public health.
  • Support planning of new clinics by incorporating EP requirements into infrastructure design, staff training, and operations.
  • Collaborate with the organisation to conduct table-top and full-scale emergency drills, review existing SOPs, and revise response plans to ensure continued readiness.
  • Organize and/or deliver staff briefings and training sessions on emergency preparedness and security matters according to the annual work plan.
  • Serve as Alternate Point-of-Contact for security matters under the Security Framework.
  • Propose security initiatives for Senior Management’s endorsement, communicate approved measures to staff, and collaborate with clinic management teams on implementation.
  • Conduct table-top and full-scale exercises (e.g. bomb threat simulations) to assess and strengthen organisation's security response readiness.
  • Identify and coordinate relevant training courses to build clinic staff’s security-related knowledge and competencies.
  • Provide security planning guidance during the infrastructure development of new polyclinics.
  • Foster a data-driven culture by enabling clinic operations to leverage data and analytical tools for better decision-making and improved initiative outcomes.
  • Develop, implement, and manage KPIs and performance dashboards to provide actionable insights into EP and security operations.
  • Contribute to emergency preparedness initiatives
Requirements
  • Degree holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience in emergency planning.
