The Singapore Malay Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SMCCI) is looking for a Membership Executive / Senior Executive to strengthen member engagement, retention, and programme delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with stakeholders, managing relationships, and bringing membership initiatives to life. Singapore | Full-time Key Responsibilities 1. Membership Engagement & Retention Develop and implement strategies to grow, engage, and retain SMCCI’s membership base. Coordinate onboarding sessions, membership briefings, and welcome kits for new members. Plan and execute engagement initiatives such as networking sessions, focus group discussions, and benefit-driven campaigns. Address member queries, feedback, and issues promptly and professionally to ensure a positive member experience. Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to promote membership benefits and showcase member success stories. 2. Reporting & Operational Oversight Provide regular updates to the Manager on programme performance, membership trends, and key KPIs. Maintain accurate documentation, records, and data related to membership and engagement initiatives. Support budget tracking and ensure resource optimisation for membership programmes and events. 3. Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate with Business Development, Communications, and other internal teams to align engagement efforts and maximise impact. Support cross-departmental projects, events, and initiatives related to member engagement and capability development. Requirements At least 2–5 years of relevant experience in membership management, client servicing, programme management, or stakeholder engagement (Senior Executive level for candidates with stronger experience). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. Well‑organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives concurrently. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Prior experience in trade associations, chambers, non‑profits, or member-based organisations will be an advantage.
