The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco‑friendly resort. Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia. The Group provides funding and in‑kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia. Mandai X is the growth accelerator and venture building arm of Mandai Wildlife Group that sparks, catalises and accelerates innovative ventures in completely new domains that drive growth and impact at scale. Job Duties and Responsibilities Perform role of Membership Services Counter officer on duty. Perform daily membership operational duties, including: Process membership applications in accordance with Company processes and procedures. Assist to ensure sufficient supplies and stationery for daily operations (e.g. membership application forms, cards, gifts). Ensure Membership’s Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to at all times. Other relevant duties as assigned. Job Requirements NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism. Good written and verbal communication skills. Dynamic team player with a positive attitude. Customer service experience will be an advantage. Self‑motivated, resourceful, customer‑oriented and meticulous. Thrives in a fast‑paced environment, with the ability to multi‑task and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Galaxy system, CRM+. Able to work on weekends and public holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr
