  • As a Procurement Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify and assess potential vendors and suppliers for interior projects. You will be tasked with negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements. Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors is crucial to ensure a reliable supply chain for the projects.Collaboration with project managers and other stakeholders is essential to determine the procurement needs for each project. You will develop procurement strategies that align with project requirements and budget constraints. Your role includes sourcing and selecting materials, equipment, and supplies required for interior projects, ensuring that all materials meet quality standards and specifications.Negotiating prices and terms with suppliers to obtain the best possible deals is a key aspect of your job. You will work diligently to reduce costs without compromising the quality of materials or services. Managing procurement budgets for projects and monitoring costs to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints are also part of your responsibilities.Preparing and reviewing contracts with suppliers, monitoring contract performance, and resolving any issues that may arise during the procurement process are crucial tasks. It is important to stay informed about market trends, pricing, and new products in the interior industry to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.Compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies is mandatory in your role. You will need to stay updated on industry regulations affecting procurement practices and maintain accurate records of procurement activities. Generating reports on procurement metrics and performance is also expected.Effective communication with internal teams, project managers, architects, designers, and other stakeholders is necessary to ensure seamless coordination in the procurement process. Identifying potential risks in the supply chain and implementing strategies to mitigate them, as well as developing contingency plans to address unexpected disruptions in the procurement process, are critical aspects of your role.This is a full-time position with health insurance benefits. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the work location is in person.,
