Senior / Patient Service Associate, Population Health & Integrated Care Office (PHICO) Contract

The Patient Service Associate (PSA) will serve as a point of contact who assists Community Nurses and Senior Care Coordinator Associates (SCCAs) / Care Coordinator Associates (CCAs) to answer calls and attend to general enquiries from SingHealth residents and patients. He/she will manage registration, appointment scheduling, referrals and billing to ensure smooth consultation with SingHealth HSG team. He/she will support the SingHealth HSG team in administrative and secretariat duties such as referral management, data collection and management, report collation and arrangement of multidisciplinary team sessions.
Responsibilities- Answer calls and attend to general enquiries from SingHealth residents and patients, in collaboration with Community Nurses and SCCAs/CCAs.
- Manage registration, appointment scheduling, referrals and billing to ensure smooth consultation with the SingHealth HSG team.
- Support administrative and secretariat duties for the SingHealth HSG team, including referral management, data collection and management, report collation, and arrangement of multidisciplinary team sessions.
- NITEC/GCE N/O/A Levels with 2 years of experience
- Diploma holders (preferably healthcare related) with 0 years of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good organising and coordinating skills
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
