Role Overview As a member of our Global Talent team, you will drive the recruiting process from end‑to‑end across Fastly, supporting the hiring of great people for teams, primarily across the Revenue and Client Services organisations. We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who brings a passion for technology and people, with a focus on creativity and solutions. You will partner closely with hiring managers to develop strategies to identify and hire top performing candidates and deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience that showcases Fastly’s culture. Responsibilities Work with hiring managers and business partners (up to VP level) across the region to devise hiring plans and strategies to recruit high‑performing talent in multiple territories primarily across ASEAN and APJ, but supporting the whole team. Source and engage passive candidates through multiple channels. Manage the full‑cycle recruiting process from end‑to‑end, with an emphasis on delivering a great candidate experience from start to finish. Strategise creative ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns. Manage interview and hiring decision‑making process with interviewers and hiring managers. Regularly track pipeline, priorities and performance data to share with internal stakeholders. Drive offer process in partnership with hiring managers, HR and our Compensation team. Recommend improvements to sourcing, process and candidate outreach. Support the wider Global Talent Acquisition and Talent Management team. Support company Inclusion & Diversity efforts. Qualifications 4+ years progressive recruiting experience, ideally in‑house, with solid knowledge of the ASEAN/APJ tech landscape. Ability to proactively source and attract passive talent through multiple methods and channels. A passion for working autonomously, with a problem‑solving mindset. Excellent interviewing skills with ability to screen for ability/experience and culture. Strong consultative and interpersonal skills, to communicate across all levels. Knowledge of Employment and HR policies. Real attention to detail and ambiguity tolerance, with solid decision‑making skills. Your language skills beyond English are a plus but not essential. Must be based in Singapore and be a Singapore Citizen or PR; we are unable to provide sponsorship. Include a cover letter explaining why you would be suitable for the role. Salary We anticipate an annual salary of around SGD 145,000 plus bonus, benefits and equity; dependent on experience. Work Hours This position will require you to be available during core business hours (9 am – 6 pm) with flexibility.
